is a 13 episode TV series that follows PJ and Lizzy Antonik and their team from Oak Development & Design as they tear houses apart to turn them into beautiful custom renovated homes. True to life and as real as it gets, there's no script, no fluff, and plenty of coffee!
Based on the South Shore
of Massachusetts, Oak Development & Design focuses on single family renovations and new construction built as investment properties. Some get listed while others get snapped up before they are complete. Different than your average flip, PJ's properties are vast in complexity and many times they are full guts.
